Specialty Coaching That Works Well In Mary Kay®

All the coaching I do can be customized for Mary Kay®. For instance, I can coach using your CliftonStrengths® and bring it into your business to help you increase recruiting and growth to higher goals. It's not just knowing your strengths that brings success; it's knowing how to use your strengths, which comes from coaching. In group coaching, a team could grow in strengths and see group strengths and what might be missing. When you know the strengths and are well-versed, you understand how people are motivated and operate best. This gives you a huge advantage in working well with a unit and gives you information on how you will best recruit and work with people and what strengths might be best utilized in your unit or amongst offspring directors.

Emotional Intelligence coaching is more involved. It is something a coach must be certified to administer. This test gives results that put to shame anything else you can take on your own. It's far more valuable! Plus, it is the number one predictor of success, and it is something in which you can grow and become more proficient, whereas CliftonStrengths® are hardwired, and you pretty much either have them in your top ten or don't. As a director, Emotional Intelligence coaching can significantly impact your success. CliftonStrengths® coaching can help you work in your sweet spot and best implement Emotional intelligence with your unit. These are specialty coaching and optional.
